JOHN W. "JACK" GLASER

John W. "Jack" Glaser, 89, of Middlefield, formerly of Garrettsville, peacefully passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023. He was born February 8, 1934, in Cleveland, to the late Oswald and Emma (MacDowell) Glaser.

He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, who served in the Korean War. Jack acquired his master's degree in education, and taught middle school math and science in Chagrin Falls. Jack was friendly, funny, warm, giving, and always there with a smile. He touched so many through teaching, and he was the most devoted father.

Jack will be deeply missed by his sons, Mark Glaser and Scott (Aliciya) Glaser; grandchildren, Lucas and Cheyenne, and so many nephews, nieces, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Heidi Tarone and Lois Lorence.
