ALICE LORRAINE BROWN

Alice Lorraine Brown, age 80, a resident of Altercare of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and a former residence of Galloway, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011. She was born April 9, 1930 in Wendell, WV, a daughter of the late William Lewis and Harriet Katherine (Fleming) Neal.
She was united in marriage on January 16, 1947 to Donald G. Brown, who preceded her in death on December 17, 2001.
Surviving is one daughter, Sharon Downey of Leoma, Tennessee; one son, Donald Eugene (Kimberly) Brown of Tennessee; sister, Brenda Rebecca Poe, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Alice was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Louvena. She was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist faith.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 12:30 pm at the Simpson Cemetery in Simpson, WV with Pastor Bryan Headly officiating.
