ALVIN R. PARKIN

Alvin R. Parkin, 92, of Hiram, passed away in his home with his bonus family by his side on March 16, 2021. He was born on September 27, 1928 in Wickliffe, Ohio to the late Thomas and Mabel (nee Granger) Parkin.

Al was a friend to anyone he met. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and especially liked going out to eat! Al loved his bonus dogs, Zeus "Joe" & Titan "Tammy", very dearly.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Parkin & family; bonus grandchildren Rhonda (David) Stachowski; bonus great grandchildren, Jason, Alyssa, Bradley, Paige, Dillon, and Sammi; great great bonus grandsons Jason Jr. & Liam, and many other family and friends.

Al was preceded in death by his parents; wives Margaret Parkin and Helen Parkin.

Visitation for Al will be Friday, March 19, 2021 9:30-11 a.m. at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center Street, Garrettsville, Ohio, 44231. Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Willoughby Village Cemetery, Sharpe Rd., Willoughby, Ohio.
