Anna Mae Henderson, 81, of Garrettsville, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 7, 1937 in Philadelphia to James and Catherine (McCloskey) Locke.
She was proud of her family and madly in love with her husband, Ken. Ann and Ken loved to go on adventures together like Vegas and Myrtle Beach. She could be pushy and headstrong at times, but always followed it up with love. Anna's lap puppies, Hunter and Willow, brought her great comfort.
Ann is survived by her children, Steve (Bev) Henderson of Atwater, Dan Henderson of Florida, Bruce (Rhonda) Parkins of Garrettsville, Linda (Michael) Meister of Niles and Kathy (Rob) Tucker of Garrettsville; grandchildren, Michael, Kenny, Steven and Stephanie; great grandchildren, Kenny and Kylee and sisters, Teresa Garrity and Cathy Duese of Philadelphia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken; son, Glen Henderson and brother, Jim (Eileen) Locke.
Honoring Anna's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St. Garrettsville, OH 44231.
