Annie C. Haselhurst

Obituary: Annie C. Haselhurst (nee Cortes) 84, resident of Medina Village, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Medina Hospital. She was born July 26, 1928 in the Philippines. She was employed as a Civilian Server at Charleston Airforce Base. She was married to William Haselhurst until his death in 1990. Annie enjoyed bowling while she was in South Carolina and she was a friendly and happy person, making everyone laugh at her stories. Her love was her family. She will be missed by her children; Asuncion (Robert) Swanson, Roseminda (Peter) Jessop, Beatriz (Cornelio) Barbasa, Iluminado (Luisa) Montealegre, Jaime (Tess), Wilfredo (Adela), Susana Dolano, Fe Music, grandchildren; Anna Marie, Rose Marie, Melody, Roland, Michael, RL, Rosabelle, Crystal, Michael, Thomas and many more in the Philippines, also many great-grandchildren both in the United States and the Philippines, also to include her daughter-in-law Nora Montealegre. Preceding Annie in death were her parents, children; Rodolfo Montealegre, Orlando, and Arturo. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at Carlson Funeral Home 3477 Medina Road (Rt. 18 & River Styx Rd.) Medina, Ohio. Funeral Service following at 12 Noon. Deacon Joe Loutzenhiser of St. Francis Xavier Church will officiate. Burial to follow in Litchfield Township Cemetery.
