Antonette Giaimo

Photo: Obituary: Antonette Giaimo of Brunswick, passed away at the age of 83 at her home. She was born in Portland, New York on November 4, 1928 to Joseph and Angeline (nee Cremi) Ficarra. She married Sam Giaimo on August 16, 1947. Antonette loved flowers, gardening, baking and loved little children and taking care of her grandchildren. She leaves behind her beloved husband Sam, children; Sandy (Howard) Anderson, Nancy Giaimo, Marcia (Gary) Boetsch, Cheryl Giaimo-Decker, Mark (Debbie) Giaimo, grandchildren; Jason (Katrina) Himebaugh, Kenton Himebaugh, Shannon (Drew) Auld, Kari (Matt) Guirlinger, Michael Boetsch, Adam Anderson, Megan (Dan) Scofield, Angela Decker, Ross Decker, Mia Giaimo, Noah Giaimo and her great-grandchildren; Peter, Aaron, Luke, Hudson, Eli, Beckett and Molly, and her siblings; Mary Conte, Al (Melinda) Ficarra, Theresa (Earl) Jordan. Preceding her in death were her parents, grandson; Matthew, brothers; Nick and John and sister Sarah . Friends may join the family for Visitation on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 5 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18) Medina, Ohio where Services will be held Friday, July 6, 2012 at 11 AM. Rev. Jeff Kolodziej of Cornerstone Chapel will officiate. Private burial will be in Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman. Family request contributions may be made to CURE PSP 30 E.
