APRIL MARY TURNER

April Turner age 39, of Medina, passed away on February 1, 2021. She was born on April 6, 1981 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Darlene (nee Casey) Turner.  Neil Turner adopted April at the age of six.

April was a huge fan of the Cleveland Indians.  She enjoyed music, dancing, bowling with Grandpa Casey and the Special Olympics, walks in the park and swinging on swings.  She also loved to converse with friends and family at parties and on her phone.  She was known as a "social butterfly".  She always was concerned with other people and showed so much empathy and strength.  A day did not go by without a call to her bosom buddy Grandpa Casey.

She will be dearly missed by her parents, Darlene and Neil Turner; Grandfather, John Casey; Brothers, Eric and Brian Turner; Sister-in-law, Mary Pat Turner; Nephews Finnian Turner and Ari Turner; Aunts and Uncles, Kevin and Gloria Snow, Daniel Casey, Norbert and Dawn Pilz, Roy and Debbie Vondereau, Tim and Denise Friebel and Diane Campbell and numerous cousins, and countless friends.

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Roy and Ruth Turner; Grandmother, Loretta Casey and Cousin, Thomas Friebel.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, February 5, 2021, 6-8 pm and Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 10-11 am at Carlson Funeral Homes, 3477 Medina Road, Medina (Corner of Rte 18 and River Styx Road), OH 44256.  April's funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday February 6, 2021 at 11:00 am with Interment to follow at Hope Memorial Gardens in Hinckley, Ohio.  Protective masks and social distancing are mandatory for all visitors.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in Aprils name to Sandycare LLC, 1484 Medina Road, Medina, OH  44256 and must be denoted as "Gift" in the memorandum area of checks.

APRIL WAS AN ANGEL IN LIFE AND NOW HAS HER WINGS!  MAY SHE BASK IN THE WARMTH OF HEAVEN AND BE EMBRACED BY JESUS CHRIST FOREVER.
