Arthur A. “Big Art” Bystricky, 73 of Brunswick passed away peacefully on January 4, 2012 with his loving family by his side. He was born August 17, 1938 in Cleveland to Otto and Mary (nee Pouska) Bystricky.
Arthur loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His passion was for cars, trucks and racing. He was a Snap-On tool salesman and a lifelong auto mechanic with an ever-evolving collection of vehicles.
He is survived by his beloved wife Jeanne; loving children Mariclaire (Mark) Soulsby and Matthew (Jennifer) Bystricky; sister Elaine Doyle; half-sister-in-law Sally Bystricky; nephew Drew Spitz and Grandson Dan Marek.
Arthur was preceded in death by his half-brother Charles and his parents.
Friends may join the family for A Celebration of Life on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 5:30-7:30 PM with service beginning at 5:45 PM with Fr. Bob Wenz officiating at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (½ mile South of Route 303), Brunswick.
