Barbara Lynne Fargo, age 68 of Montville Township, Medina, passed away on Thursday,
May 25, 2017 at home in the arms of her husband Cliff.
Barb will be dearly missed by her loving and much loved guys; Cliff, her husband of 49 years, they met at a teen canteen dance at Goodyear’s Big Barn in Brunswick in 1963. Both Cliff and Barb were students in the Brunswick School System. They have been together since that Saturday night. Clifford and Barbara were married on August 19, 1967 upon Cliff’s return from Vietnam. She was always proud of her veteran. And her sons; Jeff (Jenn) and Dan Fargo who had the best mom in the world.
Barb is also survived by loving family members; sisters-in-law, Millie Fekete, Diane Griffin (Larry), brother-in-law, Jim Fargo (Kathy); niece, Dawn Bauer; nephews, Don Jarvis and Christopher Pearson.
Barb was preceded on the stairway to heaven by her parents, George and Lois Pearson and her brother Larry.
Barb worked for Attorney Kermit Neely until the babies started arriving. She returned to working outside the home when her sons were in college, with the Medina School System. Barb, may you Rest In Peace, the pain is gone. We’ll see you later. You will always be the best wife and mom.
Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 1st, 2017 from 1 to 3 PM and 5 to 7 PM. Memorial Service to follow at 7 PM. Rev. Philip Zielinski of St. Paul Lutheran Church will officiate at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road(corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman/Seville, Ohio.
