BARBARA ELLEN STARON

Barbara Ellen Staron, age 78, of Brunswick, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023. She was born on August 5, 1944, to the late Frank and Helen (nee Stanislaw) Staron in Cleveland.
She was very spiritual; Barbara was a parishioner of St Patrick's in Westpark and a sponsor for the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. She was an avid book reader, especially history. Barbara also enjoyed her TV mystery programs and all Cleveland sports. More than anything, the family was always first for Barbara.
Barbara will be deeply missed by her loving children, Jennifer (Stephen) Hodgson and Tiffany Bernasek; grandchildren, Lauren, Ava, Brennon, Elijah Good, Jacob Good, and Colton Good; siblings, Franklyn (Cheryl) Staron, Christine (Mike) Stell, and Mark (Gayle) Staron; and beloved aunt and great aunt.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Staron; and sister-in-law, Mary Staron.
Graveside service for Barbara will be on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 10:00 am in St. Mary's Cemetery, 2016 High St., Cardale, PA 15420. The Staron family has entrusted Barbara's care to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Brunswick.
