BARBARA WILLIAMSON

Barbara Williamson, age 73, of Medina, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. She was born on April 25, 1949, to the late William Frank and Dorothy Therese (nee Juriscek) Schmidt in Cleveland.
She enjoyed reading romance novels and Dean Kontz, watching science fiction tv, and going to see the Cleveland Indians (as she knew them). Barbara was a night shift OBGYN nurse for 30 years.
Barbara will be deeply missed by her son, Steven Williamson; step children, Lori Asbury and Robin Collins; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild; siblings, Ginger Manwell, Diane Maurice, Richard Schmidt, and William Schmidt.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband, Timothy.
Per Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Burial will be on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 9:15 am in Ohio Western Reserve, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville. The Williamson family has entrusted Barbara’s care to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Brunswick.
