BETTY "NAN" MORRIS

Betty “Nan” Morris, 90, of Nelson, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 with loving family members by her side. She was born September 30, 1923 in Connellsville, PA to Albert and Lillian Richter.

Betty was a homemaker and enjoyed Bingo, singing and playing the guitar, and listening to country and gospel music. She loved her family and loved being a mom and grandma.

Betty is survived by her sons, Ronald (LuAnne) of Conneaut, Roger (Kristen) of Garrettsville and Randy (Lily) of Warren; daughters, Sandra (Dan) Huzl of Nelson, Beverly (Mark) Lewis of Ravenna and Candy (Vic) Cripple of Nelson; brother, Larry Richter, sisters, Lois and Shirley; 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harvey E.; brothers, Dale, Donald, Junior, and Albert “Bo”; and sister, Evelyn.

Calling hours are 6-8 PM on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Thursday with Rev. Dan Cartwright officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Garrettsville
