Carl “Ed” Edward Wilson, 58 of Parkman, Ohio passed away with his family at his side on May 31, 2012. He was born June 16, 1953, a son of Carl and Betty (nee Hopkins) Wilson and was preceded in death by his father. His Mother still resides in Parkman.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tara (nee Devoll) Wilson. He was a devoted father of Kristopher R. Wilson, SFC (Terri) of Fort Irwin, CA; Kevin R. Wilson, SSG (Melissa) of Fort Benning, GA; and Cade Devoll of the home, sister Judith Gorton of Burton, OH; brother Jim Wilson of Kokomo, IN; and cherished grandchildren Claire, Jonathon and Hayden.
Ed served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. He worked at Country Pure Foods in Akron, OH.
Ed was a proud member of the Parkman Fire Department and served the community as a fire fighter and an EMT. He was devoted to his family, enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his friends.
