CAROL JEAN HUDAK

Carol Jean Hudak (nee Gajdos), age 69, of Brunswick, OH, passed away at home on January 24, 2014. She was born on August 22, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her much loved husband, Paul; brothers, Joseph and Robert; sisters, Mary Ann McAlonis and Eva Jones and mother, Eva Gajdos.
Carol will be deeply missed by her daughter, Christine Hudak (Marianne); sons, Paul (Paula) and David (Catherine); grandchildren, Elizabeth and David Jr.; brother, Richard; brothers-in-law, Carroll Jones, David (Marilyn) and Thomas McAlonis; sisters-in-law, Mary Gajdos and Irene Hudak. Carol had a way of making everyone feel special.
She was spirited and fun to be around. The smallest gathering was a cause for celebration. The love of her family and friends was her most cherished possession, though she wouldn’t say no to a nice piece of jewelry. In addition to being a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend, she will be remembered as a talented seamstress/designer and teacher of those skills.
Friends may join the family to honor Carol’s memory on Friday, January 31, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Parma Animal Shelter, Inc., P.O. Box 347321, Parma, Ohio 44134 or the charity of your choice.
