Caroline Eleanor Remias, age 86, of Parma Heights, OH, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She was born in Cleveland, OH, on August 25, 1929, to George and Elanor “Ilona” (nee Kaselak) Weber.
Caroline married Ernest John Remias, on January 11, 1947. They lived in Parma, OH, raising six daughters, and eventually retired to Tucson, AZ. Ernest passed away in Tucson on August 20, 2013. Caroline returned to Ohio shortly thereafter. She loved sewing, music, cooking, baking, gardening, her sweet Maxi, and most of all, her family.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Carol Ann Shreve, Susan Foutz (David Duncan), Roberta (Douglas) Neale, Patricia Elizabeth Muntz (Jerry Hyde), Michele JoAnne (Jason) Taylor; grandchildren, Robert A. Hegedus, Philip J. Lock, Natalie Ann Neale and Zachary Paul (Erin) Neale.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter, Rita Mae Lock.
Private services for the inurnment of Caroline and Ernest will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted, OH, at a later date. The family wishes to thank everyone for their condolences.
