CHARLOTTE L. ALLEN

Charlotte L. Allen (nee Toler), age 76, of Strongsville, Ohio was called Home to join the Lord on May 19, 2015. She was born February 13, 1939 in Oceana, West Virginia to the late Naman and Lenora (nee Trent) Toler.

Charlotte was a member of the New Vision Assembly Church in Liverpool Township. She enjoyed listening to music by George Jones, gospel music, and especially loved spending time with her friends and family.

She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband, Denver Ray Allen; daughters, Lesha (Thomas) Gobert, Lynn Bair; siblings, Michael (Sandy) Toler, Benny (Linda) Toler, Porsha Toler, Patricia Raleigh, Ugonda (Bill) Massey, Diane Ellis, Cordie Toler, Johnny Toler, Alice Hanshaw; granddaughter, Ashley Allen; and her favorite puppy, Bella Daisy.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Delores Harvey, Othill Blankenship; brother, Fred Toler; brothers-in-law, Chuck Raleigh, Buck Ellis, Aaron Toler, Teddy Hanshaw; and granddaughter, Sara Bair.

Friends may join the family for visitation Friday, May 22, 2015 from 4 to 8 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 10:00 am also at the funeral home. Pastor Kevin Toler to officiate. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted.
