CHRISTIANE KOKITKA

Christiane “Chris” Kokitka, age 78 of Brunswick, went home to be with the Lord on December 26, 2024.

Chris was born in France on July 19, 1946 to Ignace and Wladyslawa (Kadziola) Szymczak. She retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years. Chris had the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. She enjoyed landscaping and planting flowers. Chris enjoyed cooking, baking, and feeding her family. She liked doing wordsearch puzzles. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Parish in Brunswick. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 26 years, Kenneth Sr., and son, Stephen Kokitka.

Chris will be deeply missed by her son, Kenneth (Kelly) Kokitka Jr., grandchildren, Stephen Moore, Ryan Kokitka, Joshua Kokitka, Kenneth Christian Kokitka, great-children, Annalisa Kokitka, and Jackson Kokitka, and daughter-in-law, Kris Kokitka.

Friends and family may come to call on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 11-12 at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio. Mass will follow at 12 p.m. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark.
