Christina Sveth Sitko, 82 of Ravenna, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. She was born May 21, 1929 in Youngstown, Ohio to Dmytro and Mary (Koliba) Sveth. She was a 1948 graduate of Chaney High School. Christina had a phenomenal soprano voice, loved polka music and dancing and was proud of her Ukrainian heritage and Byzantine Catholic faith. Christina worked at Youngstown Cartage Co. and then at the Union Cartage Co. She is survived by her step-children, many nieces and nephews; and step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Stanley, brothers John and Nick and sisters, Kathryn, Esther, Helen, Ann, Rose and infant Rose. Calling hours will be from 4-7 P.M. on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Kinnick Funeral Home, 4675 Meridian, Youngstown, OH 44509. Funeral Services will be at 11 A.M. on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, OH 44502. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Garrettsville, OH. The family would like to give thanks to the Woodlands at Robinson, and Robinson Memorial Hospital both in Ravenna, OH for their excellent care and compassion. A special thank you to Fr.
