CHRISTINE D. PISZCZEK

Christine Denise Piszczek, age 61, of Brunswick, passed away at Southwest General Brunswick following a sudden illness.

Born on January 22, 1958 in Cleveland, to the late Stanley and Rosalie (nee Galletti) Piszczek. She was a lifelong resident of Brunswick.

She was employed as a Registered Nurse at Parma Hospital for many years. Christine was a member of the National Nurses Association, N.R.A. and A.S.P.C.A. of Medina County.

For Chris, family always came first, she enjoyed spending time with all of them. When vacationing she loved Las Vegas, where she enjoyed the slot machines. Her passions were boating, fishing and the outdoors. Christine has a love for all animals especially her dog Jodie. Chris also enjoyed being on Facebook with old high school friends.

Chris will be dearly missed by her husband, Thomas Williams; cherished siblings, Stanley K. (late Patricia), Gerald D. (Cindy), Linda (Ken) Weitzel, and Wendy (Jim) Martin.; loving nieces and nephews, Paul, Melissa, Jeremy, Nick (Jenelle), Amanda (Alex) Samochin, Ben, Chelsea, Allie (Matt) Wisniewski, Andrew Weitzel, Jared Martin, Justin (Jordan) Martin, Ashley Martin and Jake Martin; and 8 beloved great nieces and nephews, Baeliee, Ella, Sarina, Weston, Nash, Camden, Margot, and Niko.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 5-8 pm at the Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick, (1/2 mile south of Route 303). Family will also receive friends on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brookpark.
