Concetta M. Malecha, 60, of Litchfield Township, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. She was born March 14, 1963, in Cleveland, Ohio.
She was very crafty. Concetta enjoyed watching the T.V. show Friends, decorative gnomes, and going to dinner, as well as local concerts with her husband, Scott. She loved spending time with her family, gathering in the barn to sing karaoke, and sitting pool side, worshiping the sun. Concetta worked 20 years as a beautician at Joseph Hair Solon, and during those years she got to work alongside her daughter, Holly. She was preceded in death by her father, William Ciresi.
Concetta is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Scott Malecha; children, Ryan Malecha, Corey Malecha and Holly Malecha and one grandchild on the way; mother, Connie Ciresi and, siblings, Tony (Cheryl) Ciresi, Frank (Terri) Ciresi, Cindy (Mark) Longo and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Carlson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Rd. Medina, Ohio 44256 (Corner of Rt. 18 and River Styx) from 4pm to 7pm with a celebration of life to follow at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations in Concetta name be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or Hospice of Medina County.
