Daniel J. McClintock, age 56, of Brunswick, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019, surrounded by his family at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland. He was born on February 19, 1963, in Medina to James and Sue Ann (nee Fenstermaker) McClintock.
Daniel served in the US Army. He was employed in HVAC for 30 years, working for Brunswick schools for the last 13 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Raenell (nee Dingess); dear siblings, James L. (Elaine) McClintock, Joetta (Marc) Swindle, Karen (Kevin) Schemrich, Millie McClintock, Bobbi (Chris) Suntala, Judy (Lee) Mercer; 15 nieces and nephews; 23 great nieces and nephews; one great-great niece; mother-in-law, Deanna Dingess; brother-in-law, Scott Dingess; sister-in-law, Sissy (Larry) Pruitt; and his special fur baby, Morgan.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Sue Ann McClintock; dear brother, William McClintock; father-in-law, Ray Dingess; and grandmother, Mildred.
Beloved and dear member of the “Maggots” fishing club. Known as “Damn Danny” to this special brotherhood of men. He enjoyed camping, ATVing and being a practical joker. Danny was tenacious in his beliefs and had a heart of gold.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, from 4-6:30 pm at the Diamond Event Center, 1480 Pearl Road, Brunswick, where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. followed by a Memorial Dinner, (everyone who plans on attending the dinner, please RSVP to dannyboy021963@gmail.com ).

Funeral arrangements for Danny have been entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick.
