DARYLE N. HOFFMAN

Daryle N. Hoffman, age 76, of Medina, passed away April 26, 2016. He was born December 30, 1939 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to the late Frederick and Margaret (nee Newcomer) Hoffman.

Daryle dearly loved his children and grandchildren. They were everything to him. He enjoyed camping and was a member of the Brunswick Kiwanis Club.

Daryle will be dearly missed by his beloved children, Kimberly Michelle Hoffman, Beverly Denise (Robert) Dixon, Dawn Marie (Dale) McGlocklin; grandchildren, David, James, Rebecca, Matthew, Meranda, Courteney, Nicholas, Adam; great grandchildren, Sean, David; siblings, Forrest (Catherine) Hoffman, and Terry Hoffman.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Ann; siblings, Phyllis, Paul, Fred, Ronald, Charles, and Ann.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 pm. Major Robert Dixon will be officiating. Interment to follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
