DAVID WILLIAM RUMP

David Rump passed suddenly on March 11, 2020. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on April 16, 1957, to Charles and Lorraine "Honey" (Loveland) Rump.

David had many interests in life including playing the guitar, gardening, cooking, video gaming, listening to music, and was a devout fan of the Walking Dead. He loved all the dogs and cats that were always present in his home. David would want you to know and remember he was a Steelers fan and cheered for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Being born and raised in Pittsburgh was a source of pride, though he lived the past 30 years in Ohio. He will be missed by his family and many furry friends. We will miss his feisty responses and often accurate political opinions. Rest in Peace until we meet again.

David is survived by his devoted and loving Aunt June (Satsie) and cousin, who he thought of as a sister, Gwen Faley along with many other cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles "BooBoo". He is survived by his brothers; Robert "Bobby", Leonard "Lenny" and Wayne.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020, at 12:30 PM at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 235 Maple St. Lebanon, PA 17046. A memorial service will be planned at a later date due to the current pandemic.
