DAVID L. WILKINSON

David L. Wilkinson, age 71, of Brunswick, passed away November 19, 2017. He was born September 10, 1946 in North Olmsted, to Frank and Juanita (nee Watson) Wilkinson.
David was a graduate of Brunswick High School Class of 1965; and Vietnam Vet, who served proudly in the US Army. He was the previous owner of the Terry Point Tavern, Golfer’s Inn, and the Pine Tree Restaurant.
He will be dearly missed by his brothers, Dean (Patricia) and Gary (Carolyn); and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Barbara (nee Mertes); his parents; and siblings, Richard, Sandy Dunn, and Peggy Wakelee.
Friends may join the family for a Celebration of David’s life Saturday, December 2, 2017, from 2 to 5 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. Inurnment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David’s name to American Cancer Society; UH Seidman Cancer Center Services of Southwest General Hospital; or Buckeye’s Mission Pet Rescue, 4866 Center Rd, Brunswick OH 44212.
