DEANNA DINGESS

Deanna L. (nee Maynard) Dingess, 79 of Brunswick, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at her home. She was born May 25, 1941 in Rossmore, West Va. to John Abe and Effie (nee Adkins) Maynard (Deceased).

Deanna worked at MTD in Valley City for 15 years and then for the Brunswick City School District as a substitute educational aide. She loved working with the special education students and did so for 19 years. Deanna was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who took great pride in her family. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her loving children, Raenell McClintock of Brunswick, John Scott Dingess of Brunswick, Delvena "Sissy" (Larry) Pruitt of Medina; Grandchildren, Sara (Ryan) Turk of Parma, Matthew Ray Dingess of Cleveland and Crystal (Jason) Wisniewski of Northfield; Great-Grandchildren Kayleigh and Alina Wisniewski and Breydon Turk; Grand dogs, Chester, Jaxson, Jasmine and Tommy.

Deanna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 53 years, Ray Dingess; 12 siblings (7 sisters and 5 brothers); and son-in-law Danny McClintock.

Friends may join the family for visitation for Deanna on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 4 until 7 P.M at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick (one ½ mile south of Rt #303 and Pear Road on the west side of the road). Facial coverings are required. Please observe recommended social distancing guidelines. Funeral Service will be held 11 A.M. Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memory Gardens, Brunswick.
