DIANN LOUISE THOMAS

Diann Louise Thomas age 68, resident of Hinckley, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was born on June 22, 1946 to Frank and Louise (nee Zupancic) Baznik in Cleveland, Ohio. Diann and Jack W. Thomas Sr. were married on March 7, 1975 until his death on June 6, 2010. Diann enjoyed her family, golf, bowling and good times at Rustic Hills Country Club.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter Kelly (Jeffrey) Nemecek, sons; Jack “Jay” Thomas Jr, Bradley and her beloved grandchildren; Mia, Avery, Cayden also to include her special nephew Scott Baznik, cousin, Donna Brastine and sister-in-law Katherine Benninghoff. Diann is preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother Frank Baznik.
Her children would like to invite all family and friends to join in her Memorial Celebration of Life in her honor at Rustic Hills Country Club, 5399 River Styx Road Medina, Ohio 44256 on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio were entrusted with her wishes.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice Green Ohio Office, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr. Suite E, Green, Ohio 44685.
