Donald T. Barstow, 52, of Garrettsville, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010. He was born August 5, 1958 to Frederick and Janet (Wyatt) Barstow in Cleveland, Ohio.
Donald was a technician at Mainline Truck and Trailer. He was a devoted husband and father and enjoyed martial arts with his son, Aaron. Donald was a diehard Browns fan and loved watching Greg Biffle race in NASCAR. He was a drag racer in his younger years. In his spare time he was an artist and enjoyed carpentry and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Debbie; son, Aaron Barstow of Garrettsville; parents, Frederick and Janet Barstow of Garrettsville; sister, Barbara (Theodore) Hrobak of Garrettsville; brothers, Fred Barstow of Garrettsville and Jody Barstow of Louisiana; nieces, Jennifer (Clinton) Northway, Katie Hrobak, Lacey Barstow; and nephews, Jacob Barstow and Levi Barstow.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2010 from 6-8 P.M. at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home, 8382 Center Street, Garrettsville, OH 44231. Donald's memorial service will follow promptly at 8 P.M.
