DONNA FAYE BARKERS

Donna Barkers, age 66, of Brunswick, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. She was born on October 21, 1955, at Cleveland to Samuel and Carrie (nee Henderson) Massey.

Donna was a very fun, loving, dedicated Mother and Granny. She enjoyed her time in the kitchen cooking for her family and hosting holidays. Donna was a world renown card player and took her games very seriously. She loved watching her Dallas Cowboys in action. Donna's was happiest when she was simply enjoying the company of her family, especially her granddaughter, Kaylee. She was truly a blessing to all who knew and loved her. Donna will be missed, dearly.

Donna is survived by her children, Misty Barkers, Charlie (Paige) Barkers, Shanda (Johnny) Hughes; brother, Sam Massey; sisters, Marilyn (Bryan) Davis, Theresa Massey, and Karen (Bob) Kaiser; granddaughters, Kaylee and Jasmine; grandsons Jayden and Gordon; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie Barkers Sr.

A Memorial Visitation for family and friends, to honor Donna, will be held Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church 3480 Laurel Rd, Brunswick, Ohio, with a service following promptly at 6:00 PM. Care for Donna was entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd. Brunswick, Ohio.

Donations will be graciously accepted by Willowood Care Center, 1186 Hadcock Rd, Brunswick, Ohio, 44212 in memory of Donna.
