DONNA JUNE THORPE

Donna June Thorpe, 79, beloved Mother and Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on August 17, 2019. She was born, May 21,1940, in Youngstown, OH to Henry and Myra (Jones) Puhalsky.

She enjoyed going to the casino, spending time with friends and especially with her family. she loved being at the water and was happiest with the sun in her face. She would ride the jet ski, water ski, or try to pull in a fish that was just a bit bigger than the one you caught.

Donna was an inspector for EverReady, where she worked for more than 30 years. She was a caring landlord, and adventurously purchased and ran an ice cream truck at the top of the hill.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Peterson of Lake Milton; grandchildren, Ryan Peterson, and Heather (Peterson) Hupp; brother, Dennis Puhalsky and her son Michael's daughters.

Donna was preceded in death by her son: Michael Thorpe, sister: Diane Boyce, brother: Danny (Eugene) Puhalsky, and her parents.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019, 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Windham Township Cemetery, Windham, Ohio.
