DOUGLAS D. BENNIE

Douglas D. Bennie, age 50 of Medina, passed away on July 26, 2013. He was born in Parma, Ohio to Douglas and the late Elizabeth (nee McEwen) Bennie.
He served in the United States Marines.
Douglas leaves behind his loving wife, Stacy (nee Hilko); daughters, Nicole and Kristen; father, Douglas (Judy); brother, Scott (Ashley); sister, Anne (John) Sabetta; mother-in-law Donna Hilko and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth and father-in-law Thomas Hilko.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 3 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Home, 3477 Medina Road (Rt. 18 and River Styx Road) Medina, Ohio. Services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 9 AM at Carlson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman.
Family suggest in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Douglas Bennie’s Children Memorial at any Key Bank location.
