Edward James Radden Jr.,83,, beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend passed away peacefully July 1, 2015 at Hospice of Medina County. He was born September 22, 1931 to Edward and Dorothy (Eckroate) Radden of Cleveland, Ohio.
A 49 year resident of Hinckley, he was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Medical Corps of the U.S Army stationed in Japan, He owned Radden Maintenance and Plumbing Service until his retirement in 1996. He was also a long time member of the Northeast Yacht Club of Cleveland, OH and spent many hours working on maintenance projects there and fishing on Lake Erie. He also enjoyed building birdhouses, working around his property and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Valeria (Bosinger), daughters Christine of Hinckley, Arline of Bowling Green, OH, Karen of Hinckley and Janet (Stephen) Meslovich of Hinckley, one grandchild - Grant Edward James, his brother Ray of California and his sister Ruth Estep of Cleveland, sister-in-law Arline Radden of Valley City, in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Bill and sister Marie (Ted) Myles.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, July 6, 2015 from 5 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Funeral Service will also be at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 11 AM. Burial to follow in Hope Memorial Gardens, Hinckley, Ohio with Military Honors.
