Edward Ridenbaugh, age 73, of Windham, Ohio, passed away on September 22, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 25, 1946, in Ravenna, Ohio, to Clayton W. and Thelma (nee Beachler).
Edward served for the National Guard before beginning his career at Chrysler as a lead man. He was proud to be a volunteer firefighter for the Windham Joint Fire District. He enjoyed bowling, golf, Nascar and loved Cleveland sports.
He will be dearly missed by the love of his life of 52 years Beckie Ridenbaugh; children Eddie (Barb) Ridenbaugh Jr. and Kerri (Christopher) Gregory; Siblings, Pat (Roger) Collins, Sandee (Chuck) Knight, Richard (Frankie) Ridenbaugh, Tom Ridenbaugh, Tammy (Matt) Lovejoy, Donald (Kim) Ridenbaugh; Grandchildren, Arianna, Bethany, Devin, Daisy, Christopher, Brandon, Mickayla; Great grandchildren, Mason, Nathan, Reina, Braxton, and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may join the family for visitation for Ed on Thursday, September 26, 2019, from 11 am to 1 pm at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 8382 Center Road, Garrettsville, OH 44231. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Windham Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the Windham Joint Fire District 9601 East Center Street, Windham, Ohio 44288.
