ELEANOR MARIE RICHARDSON

Eleanor Marie Richardson age 91, of Strongsville, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Brookdale Medina South. She was born on August 13, 1923 to John and Anna (nee Perko) Schwartz. She married Russell E. Richardson on December 15, 1945. Eleanor was a homemaker for her family. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Eleanor’s sweet disposition, humor, and whit will truly be missed as well as her famous butterscotch pies.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings; Anna Schmiel, John Schwartz, George Schwartz, William Schwartz, Mildred Nagy, Dorothy Kinat, Gertrude Kubiak and Robert Schwartz. Her surviving family include children; Russell A. (Brenda), Kenneth (Jana), David (Cathy), Timothy (Buffy), sister-in-law Janice Richardson, grandchildren; Scott, Cliff, Matt, Karen, Jodie, Kelly, Lynsy, Allen and Corey, great-grandchildren; Austin, Zachary, Garrett, Alex, Morgan, Katie, Mckenzie, Alex, Mason and Miles.

Private family service will be held at the Chapel in Hope Memorial Gardens, Hinckley, Ohio. Private Burial to follow. Arrangements were entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio.
