ELIZABETH "BETH" KIMPTON

Elizabeth “Beth” Kimpton, 95, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away on July 14, 2016 with her husband by her side. She was born on July 25, 1920 to Merle and Mildred (Russell) Mumaw in Akron, Ohio.

Elizabeth was a skilled seamstress, was very generous and followed her faith. She loved her family and cherished spending time with them and enjoyed her time in Vero Beach later in life.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Clarence; daughter, Barbara (Ed) Madachik of Garrettsville; sister, Emily Leonard of Geneva; grandchildren, Scarlet, Skylr, Bethany, and Jon; great grandchildren, Kai and Balin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Lois Chamberlin, brothers Wesley and Randall, and sister Virginia.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 from 5-8 pm at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, 11:00 AM at Garrettsville United Methodist Church, 8223 Park Ave, Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 with Rev. Dr. Richard Thewlis officiating. Please meet at the church. Burial to follow in Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Elizabeth’s name to the church.
