Elizabeth A. Lennart, 86, of Freedom Township, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018. She was born March 22, 1932 in Cleveland to John and Mary (Pavuk) Lennart.
She was a member of the Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Elizabeth volunteered at Marymount Hospital. She loved to knit, crochet and ceramics. Elizabeth made many afghans. She was an avid Cleveland Indians Fan
Elizabeth will be dearly missed by her sisters; Margaret Lennart, Kathleen (Jim) Hammar, Barbara (Wayne) Welker & Lucille Fricker and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters MaryAnn Lennart, Jean O’Neill and Helen Kovalcik.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, August 3, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 10692 Freedom St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM with Fr. Jim Lang officiating. Burial will follow at Drakesburg Cemetery, Freedom Township Ohio.
Arrangements were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 8382 Center St. Garrettsville, OH 44231.
