Elizabeth K. Petersen, 83 of Brunswick, passed away on December 8, 2011 with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 28, 1928 in Elyria, Ohio to Michael and Christina (nee Talarsky) Ingram. Elizabeth worked as a cashier at Taco Bell and was fondly known as the “Taco Lady” in Brunswick. She loved her family and grandchildren, enjoyed crocheting, gardening and loved to travel to Amish Country. Elizabeth was a giver; she will be missed by all. She is survived by her children: Judy Sweet, Ronald Petersen, Shirley Perry, Marie (Robert) Dean, Susan (William) Gallon and Carrie Anne DiSalvo; sisters: Helen Smart and Margaret Balint, 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence, son-in-laws Neil Sweet and John Perry; brothers James and John Ingram: sister Mary Bishop and her parents. Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with service following at noon at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, 2869 Grafton Road, Brunswick. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Petersen Family C/O Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio 44212 for funeral expenses.
