Eloise Kline, 93, of Freedom Township, Ohio, went to join her loving Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 30, 2010 after a long illness. She is now together forever with her late husband, Arthur W. Kline, who passed away December 7, 1981. She was born October 21, 1917, in Freedom, Ohio daughter of the late Frederick and Kathryn (Randall) Brunn.
Eloise was a lifetime Freedom Township resident. She was a graduate of Hiram High School and continued with some extended education. She was a member of the Freedom PTA, assisted the local election board, taught Sunday school at the First Church of God in Ravenna and was a member of the Women’s Missionary Society. Eloise was a loving wife and mother and will be remembered for her quick wit, love for her pet dogs and horses, and most of all her love for the Lord.
She is survived by two sons, Todd (Jane) Kline of Advance, NC and Jonathan (Sandra) Kline of Shalimar, FL; grandchildren, David Kline, Jenny Pulliam, Lauren Kline, Joanette Petrakis, and Arica Mull; seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents and brothers, Frederick (Guy) Brunn and Clyde Brunn and sisters, Gladys Dreger and Ethlyn Brunn preceded her in death.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 11, 2010, from 11- 1 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 with Reverend Timothy Hauenstein, Associate Pastor, First Church of God, Ravenna, officiating. Burial will be at Park Cemetery, Garrettsville, Ohio.
