Emily J. Oravec (nee Tobik) age 91, of Brunswick, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Willowood Care Center, Brunswick.
Emily was born on December 1, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Julia (nee Migala) Tobik.
She was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #9520, Ladies Auxiliary where she held the title of Treasurer for many years. Emily was also a founding member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Brunswick. In her free time she was an avid bowler in Brunswick at Hoover Lanes and in Michigan.
Emily is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years, John Sr.; her son, John Jr. and (daughter in law, Margaret); her dear daughter, Pamela Huston and loving grandchildren.
Arrangements are entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio 44212.
