Ernest Peter Jablonski, age 95, of Brunswick, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019 at Parkside Villa, Cleveland.
He was born on January 13, 1924 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Stanislaw and Helen (nee Szymanski) Jablonski.
Ernest served in the US Army during WWII. He was employed for over 30 years with Chrysler Corporation.
He is survived by his loving children, Ernest F., Valerie A., Dale T (Lynette), Sandra A. (Dale) Sweeney, Dane E., Pamela A. Plavecski and Donna (Ronald) Piko; dear grandchildren, Stacey M. (Wayne) Yanetta, Diane, Allison (Christian) Kittleson, Adam (Colleen) and Kyle; and his cherished great grandson, Zachary.
Ernest was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Nevena A. son-in-law, Richard Plavecski and brothers, Benedykt, Bruno, Henry and Stanley Jablonski.
The family will receive friends for Ernest's visitation on Thursday, April 11, 2019, from 3-7 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, April 12, 2019 at Saint Colette Catholic Parish, at 9:30 a.m. (MEET AT CHURCH). Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City.
