ETHEL "FLORENCE" HAINES

Ethel “Florence” Haines (nee Hogue), age 91, of Brunswick, passed away August 26, 2016. She was born February 7, 1925 in Newcomerstown, Ohio to the late Elmer and Ethel (nee Huff) Hogue.
Florence was a long time member of Grace Baptist Church where she played piano and participated in church activities of all kinds. Florence enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and jigsaw puzzles. She loved watching Westerns.
She will be dearly missed by her sons, Paul (Cheryl) Grimm and Larry (Sandy); sister, Mildred Warden; grandchildren, Denise (Hank), Nancy (Michael), Christie (Alex), Mark, Megan, and Brian; great grandchildren, Joshua, Jake, Cayden, Gennevieve, Brittney, Jackie, Steven, and Abigail; and great great grandsons, Harper and Brayden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon and brother-in-law, Roger.
Friends may join the family for visitation Monday, August 29, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Grace Baptist Church, 3480 Laurel Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212. There will be a visitation one hour prior to service at 10:00 am (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens.
