Fern L. Leatherow, 78, of Ravenna, formerly of Hiram, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at her residence. She was born January 4, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Floyd J. and Mary (Lake) Leatherow.
Fern worked at Peace Organization and cherished her family and friends.
She is survived by her sister, Betty McCoy of Aurora; nieces, Barbara Timme, Janie (Wayne) McGraw, and nephews, Larry (Charlene) McCoy and Jim (Diane) McCoy.
Calling hours are 6-8 PM on Friday, October 1, 2010 at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 where funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Hiram.
