FRANCIS KUPETZ
October 29, 1935 — June 14, 2022
Francis Kupetz, age 86, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was born October 29, 1935, in Barnesboro, PA to the late Charles and Margaret (nee Molnar) Kupetz.
An avid sports fan, especially for the Cleveland Browns, Francis never missed the opportunity to cheer them on. He enjoyed being outdoors, working in the yard and gardening. Francis's most cherished moments were with his family and spending time with his loved ones.
Francis will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 67 years, Dorasyann (nee McCloskey); children, Karen (Alan) Sasala, Mark (Missy) Kupetz, Kimberly (Kurt) Slesinger, Matthew (Kristal) Kupetz, and Michael (Heather) Kupetz; son-in-law, Dan Lowrie; 22 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; siblings, Shirley (Gerard) Springer, Carol (Barry) Hambley, and Charlotte Becker; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Francis was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelly Ann Lowrie; sister, Margaret Kelly; and brothers-in-law, Thomas Kelly and Donald Becker.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022, at St Colette Catholic Church, 330 W. 130th St, Brunswick at 9:00 am. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted at 10:45 am.
