GALE ANN HETKEY

Surrounded by the love of her devoted husband Anthony and family, Gale Ann Hetkey, age 76 of Wadsworth, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 24, 1940 to Peter and Frances Pritko (nee Fraslak). Gale and Anthony were married on October 3, 1959. Gale enjoyed playing the violin, painting, reading books and was a lover of animals. She enjoyed sharing her passion for dance with many generations.

Gale’s beautiful spirit and generosity will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Anthony; children, John (Patricia) Hetkey, Pamela “PJ” Hetkey (Barb Greve), Jennifer Hetkey, Katrina (Jerry) Guiliano; foster daughter Toni; grandchildren, Emma Gale, Mia Bella, Matthew Patrick; sister, Frances (Gerard) Beauchesne, many nieces and nephews and all those who’s lives she touched.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, December 26, 2016 from 2 to 4 PM & 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Memorial Service will also be at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 11 AM. Inurnment in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date. Donations in her name may be made to a charity of your choice.
