GENE G. PELLEY

: : Photo: Obituary: Gene G. Pelley, 79, of Chippewa Lake passed away on December 17, 2012. He was born September 15, 1933 in Mt. Vernon Washington to William and Clarice Pelley. Gene served in the United States Army. He enjoyed all sports, fishing, bowling and cooking. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Gene will be missed by his children, Jeffrey, Lee, Paul (Mary Lyn), Jaianna (Stephen) Dolamore, and Linda Pelley; grandchildren, Paula,Cory, Janie, Steven, Michael, Jared, Brianna, Brendan, Bryan, Brittni, Brett, Shannon, Leianne and Courtney; great- grandchildren, Dakota, Nolan, Aurora, Kiedalin, Joseph, Carson, Nicholas, and brother Gail. He is also survived by his ex-wife Marilyn and daughter-in-law Leah. Gene was preceded in death by his parents, grandchild Dana and his siblings Richard, William, Gary and Henry. Family will join friends for Visitation on Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 2 to 4 PM at Carlson Funeral Home 3477 Medina Road (corner of Rt. 18 and River Styx Rd.) Medina, Ohio. Funeral service will be at 4 PM also at the funeral home. Pastor Carson Hall officiating. Inurnment of cremains will be at a later date in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Rittman.
