GERALD ALAN LAURENTI

Gerald Laurenti, 43 of Medina, formerly of Kinsman, Ohio, passed away suddenly June 28, 2010 at Southwest General Hospital. He was born on August 24, 1966.

Mr. Laurenti was employed as a salesman for the Firestone Company and as a General Manager for the Schwans Food Company for 16 years in Streetsboro, Ohio. Mr. Laurenti was a member of St. Martins of Tours, enjoyed golfing and his loving family.

Mr. Laurenti is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Daphne Laurenti (nee Kambouris); his children Brittany, Kassidie and Bryce Laurenti of Medina, Ohio; his brothers, Jay Laurenti of Lorain, Andy Laurenti of North Olmsted, Ohio and Bob (Kim) Laurenti of Lorain, Ohio; his sisters, Leona Laurenti of Elyria, Ohio, Monica (Jeff) Ondo of Elyria, Ohio; and loving Uncle to many.

Mr. Laurenti was preceded in death by his parents Joseph James and Lois Jean (nee Bangas) Laurenti and father Kal Farkas.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, July 2, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (Corner of Route 18 & River Styx Road), Medina, Ohio. Services will be held immediately following visitation hours on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, Ohio.
