GREGORY F. DANISEK

Gregory F. Danisek, age 67 of Medina, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 24, 1950 to Frank and Juliet (nee Gumen) Danisek. Greg was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He and Nancy (nee Kern) were married on August 9, 1975.
Greg enjoyed playing golf and watching hockey and football, especially the Michigan Wolverines. More than anything, Greg treasured his family and spent as much time as he could with them.
Greg will be dearly missed by his wife, Nancy; sons, Steve Fulkerson, Benjamin (Debra) and
Aaron (Ashley) Danisek; grandchildren, Alexander, Hannah, and Adrian Danisek; his sister, Patty; and his nieces and nephew, Justina, Jeff, and Lizzie Kozarik.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Barbara Decker.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM with a 1 hour prior Visitation on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 10 to 11 AM at Holy Martyrs Church, 3100 Old Weymouth Road, Medina, Ohio. (Please meet at the church). Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Greg’s name to: Medina County SPCA, 8790 Guilford Road, Seville, Ohio 44273.
