Jack W. Thomas Sr. 64, of Hinckley, passed away June 6, 2010.
Jack was employed as a National Sales Manager for Applied Concepts, he also was a member of Rustic Hills Country Club, enjoying golf, history, and working in his yard. Jack was a man of simple pleasures and loved being around his family.
Surviving him are his loving wife, Diann (nee Baznik) whom he married March 7, 1975, children; Kelly Thomas (Jeffrey), Jack Jr. “Jay” and Brad. He is also survived by his siblings; Katherine Benninghoff (husband John deceased), Shirley ( husband Robert) Bostrom, Glenn (wife Josephine), Betty Shay, Emma (husband William) Davis, Grady (wife Gloria) Thomas, Doreen (husband Ron) Pyrtko.
Preceding him in death were his parents, William and Fanny (nee Arrowood) Ellison and brother William Ellison.
A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Rustic Hills Country Club 5399 River Styx Road Medina, Ohio from 6 to 8 PM.
Arrangements were entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road Medina.
