James E. Bursby, age 71, of Brunswick, OH, passed away on October 29, 2013. He was the son of the late Earl and Florence (nee Selig) Bursby. He was born on September 28, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio.
He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who enjoyed golfing, bowling, camping and socializing with friends.
James will be dearly missed by his devoted loving wife Charlotte (nee Hendess); his children, James (Christy) Bursby of Mentor and Denise Bursby of Brunswick; granddaughter, Anna; brother, Dale Bursby; in-laws, Roberta (Bob) Balcik and Paul (Susan) Hendess; niece, Lisa Higgins and nephew, Daniel (Sarah) Hendess.
Friends may join the family for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 10:00 AM, with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 AM, at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. Rev. Steven Girard from St. Mark Lutheran Church will be officiating.
