James Paul Ushek, 63 of Parma passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Wade Park VA Medical Center in Cleveland. He was born August 11, 1947 in Cleveland to Paul and Anna (nee Bendik) Ushek and was a United States Army Veteran serving in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years Susan (nee Horval) Ushek; children Krista (John) Wilkinson of North Ridgeville and James (Cathy) Ushek of Lakewood; sister Maxine (Jack) Bussman of Cleveland; grandchildren Amanda, Erica, John and Kyndl and great-grandchildren Aimee and Mickenzie.
Friends may join the family for a Memorial Service on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Grace Church, 2503 Broadview Road, Cleveland. Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman.
