Photo: Obituary: James G. Waugaman, Jr., 77 of Creston, formally of Brunswick for over 45 years, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2011 with his loving family by his side. He was born August 1, 1934 to James and Gertrude (nee Schaeffer) in Cleveland. James married Janet Reinke in 1982. Preceded in death by his first wife Virginia (nee Miller). He began his career as a Route Salesman and retired in 1996 after 30 plus years as a Branch Manager at Wonderbread and Hostess Cakes. James was a past president and present member of Ohio State Firefighters Association, Brunswick City Volunteer Assistant Chief started in 1960 now Emeritus, he was active in Brunswick City Old Fashion Days for 30 years and was a Pagent Queens Chaperone. James was passionate with his civic interest and his family. He will be missed by many. James is survived by his loving wife Janet (nee Reinke), children Anne (Schultz) David of Westerville, Cathy (Koegler) Ron of Gahanna, Debbie (Cruz-Suchan) Joe of N. Royalton, James (Tracey) Waugaman of Broadview Hts., Patsy (McClellen) of Denver, CO, Dan (Sanisa) Waugaman of Hilliard, Brian (Michelle) Reinke of Parma; sister Karen (William) Taylor , 19 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was a brother-in-law and uncle to many. He was preceded in death by his parents Gertrude and James, and sister Martina Blaze. Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 6.00-8:00 PM and Monday, November 21, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 and 06:00-8:00 pm with Firefighter service beginning at 7:30 at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (½ mile South of Route 303), Brunswick.
